Lawn Maintenance

Our standard lawn care service includes mowing the entire yard, String trimming around all trees, posts, fencing, etc. We edge all sidewalks, patios and driveways with a blade edger and clean up of all trimmings. We use bagging mowers for a much cleaner lawn cut appearance, as it is much better for the lawn.

We will be happy to provide a free estimate the same day you call.

We offer both weekly and bi-weekly lawn care. However, we recommend our weekly service if you water your lawn, use a fertilization program or wish to thicken and improve the appearance of your lawn.

Lawn Care

The KC Landscaping Six-Treatment Program will have your lawn looking great year round. Our treatments include a comprehensive slow release fertilization program, pre-emergent weed control and post-emergent control of both broadleaf and grassy weeds. Nutgrass (Nutsedge) control is always guaranteed at no extra charge. We will gladly help you determine the appropriate watering program to ensure maximum results.

Mulching

Installing mulch in all flower beds often reduces the frequency of flower bed maintenance. Furthermore, mulch helps retain the moisture needed to maintain healthy shrubs. Note: applying to much mulch around certain flower types may lead to root rot and fungus. Please call for a quote. We will be happy to assist you in determining how much mulch is needed to cover your flower beds. We have excellent bulk pricing on mulch and compost for large installations.

Spring & Fall Services

This service involves picking up and removing all leaves in the yard and flower beds. We generally recommend this service be scheduled at the same time the lawn is mowed. By mowing and bagging the leaves we can typically reduce the time involved in manually removing the leaves from your lawn.

We are available to provide miscellaneous cleanup and disposal services.

Flower Service

We provide flower bed maintenance through weekly, bi-weekly or monthly weeding of your
flower beds. We can help reduce the cost of pulling weeds. Please call us for a few creative ideas to reduce or eliminate weeds.

Seasonal Flowers

Flowers are one of the fastest ways to spruce up the appearance of your home. We supply flowers by the flat (18 to 20 four-inch pots). We deliver, prepare the soil, professionally plant and fertilize all plants. Please call to discuss your needs.

That’s what we do! KC Landscaping Snow Plowing division goes to work tracking incoming storm events 48 hours out, alerting and preparing our team of snow fighters in advance so your property and parking lots will be clear and safe for your tenants and those that visit your site.

KC Landscaping Snow Divison works 24/7 during snow storms to keep your sidewalks clear and safe, scheduling return visits when storm systems stagnate and continually dump snow and freezing rain.

Ice Control

KC Landscaping Snow Division stockpiles bulk salt all winter long, continually replenished daily if usage warrants. Our large salt trucks make sure the only thing your sites are covered with is great service not, ice and our network of service providers keep accurate records of application times, protecting you from spurious slip and fall claims.

If traditional rock salt is not an option due to possible grass, concrete and asphalt damage, ask about our Magic Salt alternative which is safe for sidewalks, parking lots, grass and is pet friendly as well.

Contract Options

KC Landscaping Snow Division substantially invests in personnel, materials and vehicles, including contracted, site dedicated loaders, skid steers, and plow and salt spreading trucks. We also provide field support maintenance to keep our snow removal equipment performing during a storm event.

Due to our willingness to invest substantially to insure quality service, our customers typically agree to snow contracts based on Per Push, Per Event, or Fixed Seasonal Pricing. If our standard contractual agreements are not applicable to your needs, one of our contract administrators will be happy to work with you to develop an agreement suitable to your requirements.

Per Push

A Per Push Contract is available for businesses who prefer to pay each time snow and ice is removed, plowed, etc. This option is great for those who are only planning on getting their area taken care of once at a time.

Per Event

A Price Per Event Contact is suitable for projected big storms. If it is snowing all day long, snow is going to accumulate all day long. Therefore, that means that there will need to be multiple trips by the snow plows & salt trucks throughout the day to maintain the area.

Fixed Seasonal Pricing

A Fixed Seasonal Pricing Contract is available for businesses that want to pay for the entire season. That way, they will not have to worry about payment after each push and KC Landscaping Snow Division will automatically take care of the winter weather for them.
